Best of luck with many contacts – ANARTS station site (VK2SG) is under severe weather conditions as of Saturday with a very strong low with heavy winds and flooding rain. Despite this, VK2SG will be on air over the weekend.

Australian Ionospheric F2 critical frequencies were near predicted to 20 per cent enhanced on 1st, 2nd and 4th; near predicted to 30 per cent enhanced on 3rd; near predicted on 5th and 6th; and mostly near predicted on 7th.
Forecast for 8th to 14th June
Solar activity should be low.
Geomagnetic activity should see quiet to unsettled conditions.
Frequencies should be near predicted monthly values.

NIGERIA, 5N. Marek, SQ8JCA is QRV as 5N2/SQ8JCA from Cogi for the
rest of June. Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using SSB between 1000
and 1600z. QSL to home call.
RWANDA, 9X. Vlad, UA4WHX is QRV as 9X0VB from Kigali. He is active
on 160 to 10 meters using CW and SSB. His length of stay is
unknown. QSL to home call.
BAHRAIN, A9. Juma, A92GT has been active on 15 meters around 1800z.
QSL via EA7FTR.
PORTUGAL, CT. Marq, CT1BWW will be QRV using special event station
CQ4IPY from June 9 to 15 during the 4th International Polar Year.
Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and
PSK31. He will be active with this callsign again from September 8
to 14. QSL to home call.
CANARY ISLANDS, EA8. Wilko, PA3BWK will be QRV as EA8/PA3BWK from
Lanzarote Island, IOTA AF-004, from June 10 to 16. Activity will be
on 40 to 10 meters using mostly CW. QSL via PA0ZE. In addition,
look for special event station AN8TID to be QRV from the La
Rambleta, or Teide, volcano located on IOTA AF-004, on June 9 and
10. Activity will be on all HF and V/UHF bands using CW, SSB and

BELARUS, EW. To celebrate the 905th anniversary of Borisov City
members of the Borisov ARC are QRV as EW905B through the end of

FRANCE, F. Operators F5THW and F5IRC will be QRV as F5IRC/p during
the Museum Ship Weekend event from the lightship FRANCE. Activity
is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and PSK31. QSL direct to F5IRC.
FRENCH GUYANA, FY. Operators G3SXW and G3TXF are QRV as
FY/homecalls until June 10. Activity is on 80 to 17 meters using
only CW. QSL to home calls.
HUNGARY, HA. In celebration of the 46th Firac Congress, Tibi,
HA5BSW is QRV as HG46FC until the end of September. QSL to home
call.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HI. A group of operators will be QRV as HI0C
from Cabras Island, IOTA NA-122, from June 11 to 17. Activity will
be on all HF bands, including 6 and 2 meters, with four stations.

ITALY, I. Look for IY1SP to be QRV for the Museum Ships Weekend
from the Naval Museum at La Spezia. Also, IQ3GA/3 will be QRV from
the submarine Dandalo at the Italian Navy Museum in Venice. QSL via

GREECE, SV. Manu, IZ8IYL, Ant, IZ8CCW and SV1EJD will be QRV as
J48MDC from Mykonos, IOTA EU-067, from June 13 to 18 while on
holiday.
TURKEY, TA. Operators TA1HZ and TA2RX are QRV as TC800YOM until the
end of June to celebrate 800 years since the birth of Mevlana, a
famous Turkish poet, jurist and theologian. Activity is on 40, 20

ICELAND, TF. SM5ELV will be QRV as TF7/SM5ELV from Heimaey Island,
IOTA EU-071, from June 10 to 13. QSL to home call.
ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, V2. Howard, WB4WXE will be QRV as V26HS from
June 9 to 26. Activity is mainly on 6 meters on either 50110 or
50125 kHz. QSL to home call.
HONG KONG, VR. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong's
reunification with China, the Special Administrative Region of China
authorizes Hong Kong stations to use the special call sign prefix
VR10 from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.
INDONESIA, YB. Hotang, YC0IEM is QRV as YC0IEM/9 from Lombok, IOTA
OC-150, until June 10. QSL via IZ8CCW.
UNITED KINGDOM SOVEREIGN BASE AREAS ON CYPRUS, ZC4. Steve, ZC4LI
has been QRV on 30 meters between 1830 and 2100z.

1A0 - A multinational team lead by Francesco, IK0FVC will be active as
1A0KM from the Sovereign Military Order of Malta on 12-22 July. QSL
via IK0FTA. The log might be uploaded to LoTW. Further details are

3B7 - The 3B6SP team en route to Agalega encountered serious problems
with the catamaran "Josephina", which lost one engine and a sail.
All on board are safe and sound, and the catamaran, towed by the
fishing vessel “Covadis", reached Raphael Island, Saint Brandon
(AF-015). According to the latest information from 3B8CF, the team
expects to remain there for some 12 days and to be active as 3B7SP
while waiting for the "Josephina" to be repaired. [TNX SP9PT]
4U1UN - LA5IIA, OH2BH and W3UR will operate from the United Nations
Headquarters station (4U1UN) on 9 June. QSL via HB9BOU. [TNX The

5N - Marek, SQ8JCA will be active as 5N2/SQ8JCA from Cogi, Nigeria
through the end of June. He operates SSB on 80-6 metres and is

islands in the IOTA EU-170 group on 16-20 June. They plan to go and

Republic on 14-23 June. He will be operating QRP as NA6DF/HI7,

I - Giacomo, I4FGG will operate CW and SSB as I4FGG/IF9 from Marettimo
Island (EU-054, IIA TP-010) on 10-21 June. All QSOs will be

I - The YACT (Yet Another Contest Team) will operate as II5I during the
50 MHz IARU Region 1 Contest on 16-17 June. QSL via IZ5FSA. [TNX

KL - Lanny, W5BOS will be active from two IOTA groups in Alaska on 2-7
August. The first operation will take place from the Semidi Islands
(NA-235, new one) using W5BOS/KL7. This operation will be battery
power only, because all of the Semidi Islands and associated rocks
are part of the National Wilderness Preservation System, and are
closed to mechanical equipment such as generators. The second
operation will be from Unavikshak Island (NA-238) using W5BOS/AL0.
Lanny was active from this island last year, but conditions were
very poor and he wants to give those who missed it another chance.

KP - Petrol, IT9OPR reports he will be active holiday style from Puerto
Rico (NA-099) on 15-28 June. He will operate from the QTH of
